When Is Oatmeal Cookie Day. April 30 is national oatmeal cookie day and there's no better way to celebrate than with a batch of quaker oat cookies. Oatmeal cookies have developed significantly over the years, with new recipes incorporating a variety of other ingredients, such as almonds, raisins, and chocolate.

But, unfortunately, that was just too long to wait to make and eat these delicious cookies. Our next national oatmeal cookie day is april 30, 2022.
